Chelsea Computer offers onsite and remote support services for businesses on an as-needed basis for businesses with a limited budget or minimal IT needs. For businesses requiring a complete IT support solution, please consider our Network Assurance packages for more comprehensive solutions. All services are billed in 15-minute increments.

Service Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Fees and Restrictions:
Onsite service has a one-hour minimum charge (no minimum for Remote Support).

Same-Day Service is billed at the Premium rate for clients not covered by Network Assurance.

Non-Profit Pricing
Discounted pricing is offered to non-profit and charitable organizations.  We also offer special project pricing packages.  Please contact us for a rate quote or estimate.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, wire transfers, and Paypal. Terms are also available, upon request.
